Note: a $100 title transfer is charged to new owners and is normally collected at title closing and paid by the Title Company to the HOA.

Resale Certificate Information
The Serene & Scenic Hills Homeowners' Association is committed to providing members, realtors, and title companies with all information needed to transfer ownership of a house in Serene & Scenic Hills. This site contains the required attachments for a TREC Resale Certificate, ready to print or download. Please use the following information to complete the certificate.
  • Annual Dues - $36/lot; Due 1 October of each year. $10/month late fee accrues if paid after 31 October.
  • No Special Assessment are currently being levied
  • No Capital Expenditures or Reserves are scheduled
  • No unsatisfied judgments against the Association exist.
  • No lawsuits are pending against the Association
  • No health or building code violations related to the Association have been received.

  • Covenants & Bylaws
  • Rules (N/A - See Covenants)
  • Balance Sheet (See Financial Documents)
  • Operating Budget (See Financial Documents)
  • Certificate of Insurance (N/A - No property is owned in common by the HOA)
  • Any Governmental Notices of Health or Housing Code Violations (N/A - No known violations)
